Big-time grocery shopping. This has been my regular grocery list for a while now. In the winter, I was eating a lot more carbs to bulk up, but now it’s time to start cutting. Hence the lighter carbs.
If you’re looking to adjust your diet, a lot of the foods I have here are applicable to any diet. Lots of protein (which boosts your metabolism), complex carbs & good fat oils (peanut butter).
