We’re now just 12 weeks away from the physique show date on June 22! Here’s when things get really nuts. There’s been points up to now where I’ve gotten tired of eating a certain way or exercising at a certain degree of intensity, simply because it’s just tiring. It’s difficult conditioning your mind to only eating 1500-1600 calories per day & then busting your butt in the gym or on the track for 60 minutes.
I’m not losing motivation though, because I’ve been seeing great results along the way. Many people have asked me how I’ve gotten to the point where I’m at. I wanna tell them, “You don’t want to know!” Because it’s seriously been one of the most difficult things I’ve yet to do in life…& the most difficult 12 weeks are yet to come!
Just as an example, I’ll take you through a typical Monday of mine these days:
-WAKE UP: Whey protein shake.
-First meal is 4 raw egg whites, one banana, one orange, half cup of milk & red cayenne pepper vodka shot (it’s a thermogenic)
-Second meal is 6oz chicken breast or salmon & one apple
-Third meal is 4 raw egg whites & one banana.
-I have one orange before working out & then I exercise.
-I change up my workouts a lot, but they always range to about one hour.
-Meal 4 is a grilled chicken salad & a whey protein shake.
-Meal 5 is two cans of tuna.
-Meal 6 is 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter & a casein protein shake before bed.
& that’s it! EVERY SINGLE DAY! It’s gotten tiring, but I’m committed.
& through my journey so far, I’ve learned that how you look is about 75% nutrition, 25% exercise. No lie!
